With over 15 years’ experience developing and implementing investment propositions for asset owners globally - including as Chief Investment Officer for two UK funds with assets in excess of £4billion in his last role, Tolu now leads Network Rail’s strategy to expand third party investment into the railway.
He has overall responsibility for the delivery of the minimum £2.5billion ambition of third party investment in CP6 as well as shaping the organisation’s approach to becoming easier to do business with; leveraging the ongoing devolution to improve regional capabilities to attract increased investment into the railway to support economic growth.
He is a chartered accountant, was educated at both Oxford and Cranfield universities and named in the 40 under 40 Chief Investment Officers globally in 2014.
