Liz Dunn is a Partner at Burges Salmon LLP specialising in the consenting of energy and infrastructure projects. She has acted on numerous nationally significant infrastructure projects covering energy, waste, and transport, including the first project in Wales. She secured the first offshore wind farm consent and consent for the Triton Knoll Electrical System which was voluntarily brought into the regime under a s35 direction. Liz is also advising on a new gas fired power station NSIP. She is acting on a number of regeneration projects including Filton Airfield and the redevelopment of the Rugeley coal-fired power station site. She regularly advises on community benefit and the value of both in public engagement and pre-application consultation.
