Gloria has 15 years experience devising policies and strategies aimed at improving air quality and mitigating greenhouse emissions from road transport. Her role at the LowCVP has involved influencing national low emission vehicle policies and initiatives including the Low Emission Bus Grant, Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme and New Car Fuel Economy Labelling Scheme. She has produced policy and technical guidance for local authorities on low emission vehicle technologies and fuels. Currently she leads LowCVP's work stream on lifecycle CO2 emission research and transition of WLTP into car CO2 policy. Prior to joining LowCVP her focused on Local Air Quality Management at the London Borough of Camden, Bureau Veritas and Kings College London.
